Glance LLC provides a market timing service to large trading firms, supporting hedge funds, mutual funds and investment advisor firms managed accounts.

The signals are provided in an e-mail service with pending signals provided by 3:00 EST as they occur and an end of day signal.

The signals are BUY, SELL or go to CASH into money market funds for each strategy.

For signal service accounts recommendations, no which symbols, tickers and strategy to employ can be made. The actual trades and execution are at the discretion of the trading firm.



GLANCE LLC recommends trade allocations, ticker symbols allocation and leverage based on client's risk management and ability to go short or utilize inverse ETF'S based on their fund's investment approach. GLANCE LLC can also recommend futures and options trades.

Development of successful AI codes has been developed by GLANCE LLC utilizing a systematic quantitative long/short end of day signal code. GLANCE LLC has developed a unique and proprietary Dimensionless code based on the PI Parameter. This unique system has been developed and deployed for several strategies and market sectors.


All computer codes are based on the same program with different scale, optimized for each trading instrument. Utilizing different levels of algorithms and set levels to trigger each of the overlapping and cancelling trade signals based on criteria set for each sector.


Signals changes are generated throughout the day and are recorded at mid-day at 3:00 P.M. EST and the end of the trading session.


Signals generate an overall condition based on multiple agreeing factors to create a condition state of either: Buy, Sell or Cash.

Timertrac.com provides third party verification of stock market strategy performance. All trade signals for Glance strategies can be downloaded from the Timertrac website with a 22-day delay. The historical performance metrics can be viewed for each GLANCE strategy.
